NUMEN, a French IT services group, established internationally, with 1000+ employees, has chosen SAP SuccessFactors to support a change in strategy and organization.
The project was launched in early January, and NUMEN was ready for the interviews campaign less than 3 months later.


Context and goals:

NUMEN is an international French group that supports companies in their digital transformation, with solutions for the optimization of customer relations and back offices, document management, enhancement of cultural and sensitive content.

Due to transformation, the group had to make a business model change, in a complex organizational context: many companies and international locations.


The main challenge was steering the execution of this strategy of the group, for:

  • ensure that the strategic objectives of the group are correctly broken down at all levels,
  • have a global vision of the progress of the execution of the strategy.
