The implementation of an efficient, integrated and flexible HRIS is part of a global approach to talent management and harmonization of HR processes. With more than 3,500 employees located in 20 countries, the MANITOU Group assures its leadership on the performance of its employees by developing their skills through training and internal mobility, including internationally. The Group must have a unique, scalable talent management tool deployed in the subsidiaries.
SAP SuccessFactors was chosen for its functional coverage, flexibility and speed of deployment.
