Context & Goals:
The redesign of the payroll system was the trigger for a global HRIS modernization project to improve HR performance and:
- Accompany a growth of + 10% per year,
- Share HR information with the managers and the Management Committee,
- Give them the means to really manage their teams,
- Manage a large internal mobility, with very many input / output movements,
- Adopt effective, easy-to-use, user-friendly, scalable and 2.0 solutions.
Cdiscount wanted a new integrated and open HRIS system including payroll, centralized employee management, salary review, career interview management, recruiting and training management, registration of staff entries and exits.
The SAP SuccessFactors suite was chosen for its openness and ability to integrate into a sophisticated architecture, with Employee Central modules for the core HR, Compensation for salary review with bonuses, Performance & Goals for the management of campaigns for professional interviews.
SAP SuccessFactors is at the heart of the new HRIS, offering, thanks to its Boomi integration platform, a unique repository for updating Inputs & Outputs for third-party applications: AD account, badge management, expense reports, GTA ( time management & activities), recruitment and training management, payroll.
The new HRIS was put into production early 2016, after a project that lasted 8 months.
The iterative implementation methodology proposed by ARAGO Consulting made it possible to involve key end-to-end users of the project, thus ensuring the adoption of the solution.
The automation of the main HR processes, the mass reduction of double-seizures, and the opening of the HRIS to managers and employees have very positive and visible impacts:
