What Viseo thinks about ARAGO Consulting’s Fast Track offering

Thanks to ARAGO Consulting’s Fast Track approach, the VISEO HRIS was set up in less than 5 months, with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance & Goals and Compensation solutions.

 

The “annual interviews” and “variables & salary revisions” campaigns were thus conducted on time at the end of 2015, thus making it possible to better prepare the year 2016.

 

For Marie-Clotilde Mangé, VISEO Group HR Director, the new HRIS responds to the main challenge of the group, which has had more than 15 years of uninterrupted internal and external growth: being able to compile and structure all HR data on a unique tool, continuously accessible by all actors: “Have a consolidated vision and in real time to make informed decisions”.
