Logoplaste, a Portuguese and international company, leader in the sector of rigid plastic packaging production in the wall to wall model, made the Go-Live of its SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central project.
This project consisted in defining a global Core RH model from its corporate headquarters in Portugal extendable to all 18 countries where Logoplaste today operates, thus covering the totality of its global workforce.
As a result of the strong growth that it has experienced, along with its internationalization, Logoplaste faced challenges to establish an HR policy harmonized with common digital processes and that would improve its employee experience. SAP SuccessFactors was the solution chosen to respond to this challenge, starting by laying the pillars of a consolidated people management approach through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and definition of a global service template.
The SAP partner chosen to implement this project was ARAGO Consulting.
