Extract-It is an efficient solution, providing added value to all companies using SAP Concur which need to charge back their employees’ expenses. This may be done externally to customer companies or in-house. Extracting and transmitting expense reports, together with supporting documents related to a project or a mission, was not until now natively automated in Concur Expense. To put an end to time-consuming and potentially error-inducing paper pushing, the Extract-It app allows you to run queries on all the information contained in the SAP Concur solution, select the relevant supporting documents and download them in PDF format , together with expense reports.
