As a Support Expert , you will be in charge of :
- Being the local referent within the Support team ( Support consultants )
- Answer the major requests of our customers ( post go live project )
- Participate actively to the Onboarding process for the new comers
- Be involve in up-grade skills of the support team ( Junior & Senior Support Consultant)
- Provide one-off support to Project teams for new implementations
- Bring a consistent, relevant and pro-active vision to Global Support Manager on the Support Center activities or possible improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRIS or Information System combined with 2 years of a relevant consulting experience as a support in HR process with SAP SuccessFactors is minded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French is bonus. You have a strong customer orientation with problem solving capabilities and focus on solution.
- Good skills in organization and planning are necessary. You have motivation to work on an administrative model and the will to put hands on system configuration.
