HRIS Pre-Sales Specialist (France)

We provide our customers with end-to-end services throughout their HRIS projects from business requirements definition to the solution implementation. We also provide post go-live support and transfer of competencies to the teams in the different deployed countries.
With our headquarters based in Paris, we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.
In a context of strong growth and evolution, we are looking for a HRIS Pre-Sales Specialist based in France.

Your missions
In your role as HRIS Pre-Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing clients with the most appropriate solutions based on analysis and challenge of their needs
- Demonstrating, arguing, and supporting the offer and the proposed solutions
- Establish feasibility and profitability criteria for the response strategy in the key dimensions of planning, solution choice, delivery model, and budgeting
- Assist the sales representative during the various sales cycles
- Prepare technical proposals
- Create a mockup of the technology solution
Ensure successful project start-up (transition from pre-sales to delivery team)
Required profile

- You like Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing, HR
- You have a Business Management Degree (ideally), Master Office Pack
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in bothFrench and English, a strong digital/HRIS/cloud background (SAP SuccessFactors knowledge would be a strong asset)
