Job description :

As an HRIS consultant, you will analyze the client's functional needs, to specify them and then configure and install the solution. You will be led to :

  • Participate in the workshop animation to frame and analyze the needs of the client in order to help him optimally in the design of a suitable solution.
  • Set up the Succesfactors tool and lead the client on the different phases of the project. Model business processes (cartography, flow, ...)
  • Be in touch with the MOE and follow the project teams
  • Implement processes and change management
  • Provide support and TMA on the application
  • Animate meetings and workshops and train users



Bachelor’s Degree in HRIS or Information System combined with 2 years of a  relevant consulting experience as a support in HR process with SAP SuccessFactors is minded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. You have a strong customer orientation  with problem solving capabilities and focus on solution.

Good skills in organization and planning are necessary.  You have motivation to work on an administrative model and the will to put hands on system configuration.
