ICRC entrusted ARAGO Consulting and SAP SuccessFactors to migrate their former HR on premise systems towards the cloud. An ambitious HR transformation project has been launched in parallel, with the creation of a shared service in Manilla along with HR & Talent processes reengineering. In the end, they successfully deployed 80 countries in a 10 months period (5 waves).
Specific attention was given to change management, interfaces with all the local systems and the built of an effective operational model to ensure a smooth run of the solution.
