Context and Goals:
Sonceboz is a Swiss company, established in 1936 and specialized in the design and manufacture of innovative mechatronics drive systems, especially for the automotive market. With more than 1 000 employees and 5 offices worldwide, the company wanted to manage the whole spend process of ist employees.
In 2018 Sonceboz decided to consolidate its over 5 entities supported by a shared service center strategy. The challenge was to digitize the current process of expense management, from a manual paper intensive process without visibility of the spend process to a fully automated expenses claim.
Sonceboz decided to choose SAP Concur to improve and optimize their travel and expense management process. Why? To control, analyze, manage and reduce their expense and travel cost.
