The World leader in ophthalmic optics Essilor started its HR digital transformation with SAP SuccessFactors and ARAGO Consulting in 2015, with "Big bang" deployment of Talent Management and Core HR modules. In 2020 and 2021, new projects concern EC Payroll, Time-Off and Compensation implementation for Asia and Europe.
Context & Goals:
- Replacement of a former system for Talent Management.
- Need to retrieve all its functionalities.
- Simplify and harmonize processes worldwide in a real time constraint.
- Mandatory to go live on time, as previous system sunset was planned just before annual performance campaign.
- Need to have an evolving tool with modular approach for future deployments (Recruiting, Employee Central, Learning, etc.).
