The presentation of the SAP Quality Awards 2017 was certainly one of the highlights of the SAP Forum “Digital Shift” event held on September 6 in Brussels.
The winners are companies that distinguished themselves in 2017 through outstanding SAP solutions implementation and planning, in order to realize tangible benefits.
Our client PURATOS is one of the winners of the SAP Quality Awards 2017 for Belgium and Luxembourg, in the “Innovation” category, for its HRIS project with the cloud solution SuccessFactors.
ARAGO Consulting supported the Puratos Group throughout this HRIS project based on SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
Five SuccessFactors modules were implemented:
- Employee Central for core HR,
- Compensation Module for annual salary review and bonus management,
- Performance & Goals management module,
- Succession Module,
- and Recruitment Module.
Puratos is an international food group, world leader in the bakery, pastry and chocolate ingredients sector, present in more than 100 countries. As part of its development strategy, the Puratos Group intends to hire 5,000 to 7,000 new employees worldwide over the next few years. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, the group decided to integrate the Recruitment Management module into the already existing SAP SuccesFactors HR Information System and entrusted the implementation to ARAGO Consulting.
