The French company Mauna Kea Technologies has pioneered the medical advancement of digital in-vivo endomicroscopy, with a mission to eliminate diagnostic and treatment uncertainties and improve the care of patients.

Context and Goals:

The company wanted to equip itself with a single tool to cover all HR processes for the 150 employees of the Group, to help support the growth of the company and its international development.

The main objectives are to provide a tool:

  • Easy ownership by all employees,
  • Scalable to support business strategy,
  • Easily configurable to allow the implementation of a Core Model, but also take into account local constraints,
  • Accessible for complete autonomy of the HR team.

Solution:

The life cycle of the collaborator is completely covered through the following modules:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, for a central HR Core and localized for each country,
  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management, for performance management,
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning, for training management,
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding for recruitment, internal mobility and employee integration management.

The Fast Track approach proposed by ARAGO Consulting was chosen with the aim of accelerating the project and respecting best market practices.
