Deploying a complete and integrated HCM system and streamlining the employee contract process were priority issues for this multinational with 10,000+ employees.
Context & Goals:
Givaudan is the largest fragrance and flavor Group in the world. Created at the end of the 19th century, the Group is one of the 20 largest Swiss companies. Givaudan trusted SAP SuccessFactors and ARAGO Consulting to complement its Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including Core HR SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting and OnBoarding modules.
Givaudan chose innovation with Cloud HR SAP SuccessFactors full suite, HR collaborative and digital PeopleDoc platform, and „PeopleDoc for SAP SuccessFactors„, the integration application developed by ARAGO Consulting.
The ARAGO Consulting teams have been fully involved in this project for almost two years, a mix of complementary expertise have been used to answer all Givaudan’s challenges.
